Launched Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses 🕶️ Generation 1 & 2, I led the creation, governance and execution of all in-app and on device Education. By refreshing the entire design system, onboarding, product tour, core feature education, AI integration, gesture education, new features and other communication, we created an entire new category of wearable devices.
Our team ran design sprints, internal workshops, analyzed data and research, user feedback and journeys to discover key opportunities to aid in discovery, usage, confidence and long-term feature adoption.
Our analysis gave birth to our strategy, which was to create better educational experiences—a new framework, design system and reimagined AI capabilities and partnerships.
This helped us to develop new ways to communicate and bring awareness to all the great things we were developing, and help people feel they had everyday moments to create, listen and share.
