Our goal was to create an ecosystem that can house all Facebook's business tools in one place. We wanted to let users cross-post to Instagram, get actionable insights, create and manage posts, respond to messages, and optimize ads.
I was responsible for the Communication pillar and team, which included experiences like notifications, activity, to-do, tailored guidance, upsells, acquisition, tool sunsetting and user migration from Facebook and Instagram, what's new, feedback and support.
